HOLA! Spanish is just one of many languages which children are introduced to while at Lindley CofE Infants School.

Parent volunteer Debbie Jones gives children a virtual tour of the country, its customs, culture and geography as well as basic words and phrases.

“I want to give them a positive attitude to language learning and help them learn about the country, its people and customs,” she said.

During four sessions children learn names, numbers, greetings, days of the week, months and cultural differences.
