Runners’ day

RACES for runners of all ages and abilities take place at Leeds Road Playing Fields on March 1.

Seven races, of various distances, will be held over a flat course using the new track and surrounding playing fields.

The event, organised by Longwood Harriers and Kirklees Council, starts at 10am with a family fun run and under-nine race. Entry is £1 to £6. For details call Kirklees Community Coach Andy Cook on 01484 234082 or 07815 783757.
