A RELAY tapathon for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation was a record breaker!
Hundreds of young tap dancers from West Yorkshire dance schools took part in the 12th event at North Bridge Leisure Centre in Halifax in January.
The event, run by the Calderdale Support Group raised £19,421, a new record. Since it started it has raised £142,903 for the Foundation, named after the late Scholes-born entertainer. Details about the foundation can be found at www.roycastle.org
