ALFIE Ruttle has been named a top designer after creating a centenary plaque.
Members of the 37th Almondbury Scouts took part in a competition to design a plaque to mark 100 years of the organisation and honour the Almondbury pack.
Chairman of the scouts Jeremy Conroy said: “We all felt that Alfie’s was the design that best represented the celebration.
“Everyone did a really good job and it was a tough decision to make,” he added
Scout leader Steven Howard helped to decide on the winning entry.
The plaque has now been unveiled at the Almondbury HQ.
