Assault charge

AN 18-year-old appeared before Bradford Crown Court yesterday charged with wounding another man with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

Joshua Hirst, of Cowlersley, is also accused of assaulting a second man in the Commercial pub, Slaithwaite, on May 12.

Hirst was bailed to appear before the court on March 31.
