Calling for teams for five-a-side

TEAMS are wanted to take part in a five-a-side charity football tournament.

The event is due to take place at Soccer City’s indoor arena at Tandem, Waterloo, on April 11 from 1 to 4pm.

The afternoon’s knockout kick-about will be followed by an after-match party, with a buffet, entertainment, auction and raffle.

Each team will be guaranteed a minimum of three matches during the day and winners will be presented with a trophy and medals.

The event has been organised to raise cash for the Laura Crane Trust, and entering teams need to donate £50 to the charity.
