TEAMS from Colne Valley and Mirfield battled it out in a netball final as part of a scheme to get people back into sport.

Mirfield Minx won the contest at Dewsbury Sports Centre.

The teams were formed after Back to Netball sessions took place at sports centres across Kirklees. The sessions were run by Kirklees Sport4Life, a scheme launched to get adults involved in sport for the first time or active again after a break.
