Late Christmas gift from NHS

DIABETES UK received a late Christmas present from NHS Yorkshire.

About 3,000 NHS staff helped raise £3,176 at their annual carol concert at York Minster in December and the money has now been handed over.

Diabetes UK regional manager Linda Wood said: “We are extremely grateful to everyone at NHS Yorkshire and the Humber for this generous donation and would like to express our thanks to the organisers, readers and the choir who helped to make this such an enjoyable occasion.”
