Fundraising a piece of cake

YOUNG Beaver Scouts from Huddersfield have been hard at work raising cash for charity.

The 31st Huddersfield North Beaver Scouts were also busy working towards their Friendship Challenge badges which includes fundraising.

The youngsters did a literature quiz, and held a cake night in aid of the West Yorkshire Forget me Not Trust. They raised £175 for the charity, which aims to build a children’s hospice in Huddersfield.
