Help prioritise

Colne Valley residents are being called on to get involved in deciding the spending priorities for the area.

Colne Valley Area Committee chairman Clr Nicola Turner, said: The communitys input has been invaluable in helping us prioritise area committee resources in previous years. I am especially grateful to those who agreed to be co-opted onto the committee last year as they have brought valuable community knowledge and some brilliant ideas. The committee meets six times a year to discuss spending. The next meeting will be held at Marsden Mechanics Hall at 7pm on Thursday, June 19.
