Mitch riding with heart
Jun 21 2008 by Barry Gibson, Huddersfield Daily Examiner
PERSONAL trainer Mitch Jones is taking on a gruelling charity bike ride.
The Golcar man will ride 100 miles off-road in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
The 32-year-old is taking part in the South Down Randomme Challenge between Winchester and Eastbourne on Saturday next week.
He said: “It’s not going to be easy. I’ve been doing 50 or 60-mile practice rides round Meltham, Holmfirth and Penistone.”
Mitch chose to support the British Heart Foundation because of his work as a personal trainer. He said: “I like to encourage people to look after their hearts.”
