Oh, they do like to be beside the seaside

MEMBERS of St Barnabas’ Church Amateurs like to be beside the seaside.
So much so in fact, that they are staging a production called Stills: An Evening At The Seaside.
The group is performing the play at St Barnabas’ Church in Crosland Moor this week, with the final evening performance at 7.15pm tomorrow and a Saturday matinee at 2pm.
Stills is a series of one-act plays which are interlinked by being set in the same north-eastern seaside town of Grimsite.
The plays all start with a seaside snapshot before the characters in the photograph come to life.
Tickets cost £5 or £3 for under-16s and over- 60s. Contact Tracey Nethershaw on 01484 645899.
