White Rose House Nursing award

NURSING staff have been given a top award.

White Rose House Nursing and Care Centre in Holmfirth has been recognised for its excellent care of terminally ill people.

Manager Joanne Hempstock accepted the Gold Standards Framework Quality Hallmark at a ceremony in Birmingham.

She said: “As a team we are honoured to receive this award.

“It is a testament to the dedication the team as a whole have shown to furthering their knowledge through training to improve the quality of care for their residents.’’
