‘Fight for your rights’ call
CONSUMER campaigner Mark Bradley exposes the “dire” state of British customer service in his new book launched at the Galpharm Stadium.
Retails of The Unexpected (Ardra Press, £11.99) is a customer travelogue detailing the best and worst UK shopping experiences.
The book chronicles Bradley’s experiences of everything from banks and restaurants to public transport and utility companies.
The Yorkshire author said: “This book is a wake-up call for businesses to start seeing things from the consumers’ point of view and for everyone to abandon their British reserve and start shouting about poor service.”
