TAXI drivers have been criticised by a Kirklees councillor.
Clr Christine Iredale is angry that no cabbies’ representatives turned up for a meeting last Tuesday in Cleckheaton.
The Kirklees Council Licensing Panel chairwoman said: “There were two police officers, two licensing officers, and two highways officers, but no representatives of taxi drivers.
“We usually discuss things that are of concern to taxi drivers, like fares, the price of oil and the security of drivers.
