Clothing appeal for needy kids

BARNARDO’S is urging people to clear out their wardrobes to change a child’s life.
The charity is urging people in Huddersfield to give their winter wardrobe a start of season clear out and donate their unwanted items to the local Barnardo’s shop.
Barnardo’s area retail manager Lindsey Harris said: “The Barnardo’s shop on New Street in Huddersfield desperately needs donations of good quality items of clothing and accessories.
“Autumn is a great time to de-tox your wardrobe of clothes that no longer fit, sale buys that have never been worn and unwanted gifts – remember your trash is someone else’s treasure.”
