GUNSHOT residue was found on the jacket of a Huddersfield man on trial for attempted murder, a court heard.
A forensic scientist discovered more than 100 particles of gunshot on James Collier’s white top, it was said.
Experts also said the same type of residue was discovered in a getaway car, a Ford Escort, Collier was allegedly seen getting into minutes after the shooting on Cross Church Street in the town centre on April 22, 2006.
Forensic scientist Dominic Miller said he believed the two types of residue came from the same incident.
CCTV footage shows a man alleged to be Collier standing alongside Carl Hughes and Bradley Okoro when the gun was fired, allegedly by Okoro.
