Murder accused faces court - latest

MURDER accused James Spencer appeared in court this morning - as a picture of dead man Peter Green was released.

The 24-year-old Skelmanthorpe man is accused of the murder of Mr Green (pictured) on Sunday, October 19.

He appeared before magistrates in Dewsbury and spoke only to confirm his name, address and date of birth.

Spencer looked dishevelled as he stood in the dock flanked by two security guards.
