Shock move looms in Kirklees schools row
A SHOCK emergency decision affecting dozens of schools is expected today.
The nine-strong Cabinet will consider halting the consultation.
The Examiner has seen a copy of an emergency item, which asks the Cabinet to think again after the council rejected the plan on Wednesday October 15.
The Lib Dems and Labour, who between them have a comfortable majority on the council, are opposed to the Conservative plans.
