Pit bull attack costs terrier its leg

A DOG lost a leg after being savaged by a pit bull terrier.

Now her shocked owners have urged other dog owners to properly control their pets.

Terrier Lucy was horrifically injured after being attacked by the vicious dog.

The tiny dog, owned by Ronnie and Sheila Collins, needed to have her leg amputated after the attack two weeks ago.

Her shaken Golcar owners are now pleading for other dog owners to keep their dogs on a lead.
