‘Chance to change the world’ lecture from BBC expert

Mr Jay was educated at Oxford and served in the Royal Navy. He worked for the Treasury for six years before becoming economics editor of The Times.

After a decade at the paper, he was appointed UK ambassador to the US.

Mr Jay presented a BBC series on his book The Road to Riches or the Wealth of Man.
