Police to use head-camera to record yobs

He added: “Dealing with issues of anti-social behaviour is a big priority for local people and this spending looks to strengthen our approach from a number of angles.”
The spending was agreed by members of the area committee on October 28 and will be made available from a £10,000 donation from Kirklees Council to each ward.
Committee members are now looking at ways to invest the remaining amount.
