Fans have their say on who should replace Ternent

STAN Ternent left Huddersfield Town yesterday morning and the fans were not too surprised.

The club parted company with the 62-year-old after just six months.

He was accompanied out of the door by assistant Ronnie Jepson and coach Mick Docherty.

Town vice-chairman Andrew Watson, who had been instrumental in bringing Ternent to the Galpharm Stadium in the spring, also stood down.

The move came after just four wins in the first 15 league games of the club’s centenary season.

Now the hunt is on for a successor and The Examiner asked fans what they thought of Ternent’s departure and who they though should replace him.
