Appeal to dead Mirfield man’s relatives to come forward

CORONER’S officers are appealing for relatives of a Mirfield man to come forward.
George Wallace Powell, 85, was found at his home in the town on Monday. He died from natural causes.
It is believed that Mr Powell's late wife has family in the Huddersfield area.

In a separate case the elderly man found dead at Mock Hall farm shop off Leeds Road in Mirfield on Monday afternoon has been named as the owner, 75-year-old, John Gordon Hardcastle.
He died from natural causes.
