A MAN who killed a father and son when he crashed into the back of their vehicle on the M62 was warned he faced a “substantial” jail sentence.
Father-of-four Imran Hussain, 32, of Como Avenue, Bradford, pleaded guilty at Bolton Crown Court today to causing the deaths of Gary and James Proctor by dangerous driving.
Hussain also admitted being more than twice the legal drink-drive limit, giving a reading of 76mg of alcohol per 100ml of breath.
