Power firm who turned out lights can't fix problem because it's dark!

Left without any electricity
A MUM and her four-month-old baby were left without electricity while British Gas attempted to change her meter.
Caroline McCourt, 31, of Newsome, and her three children were left in the dark and cold on November 10 with only a gas fire in the living room to keep them warm.
Because British Gas has stopped using token meters, Miss McCourt was unable to top up her electricity.
Despite British Gas’ promise to send an engineer round within four hours, no-one from the firm arrived for almost 11 hours – even after repeated calls.
And the company engineer was unable to change Ms McCourt’s meter to a new key meter because it was too dark.
