Trio of steps to stop flu

CATCH it, Bin it, Kill it is the message of a new campaign aimed at reducing the spread of cold, flu and other viruses.

The new campaign, launched on Monday throughout Yorkshire, follows doctors advice to cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough, dispose of it as soon as possible and clean your hands afterwards.
