'Critical condition' man attacked in Golcar street

ATTACKED INTHE STREET

The man, who comes from Birchencliffe, was initially taken to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and later transferred to Leeds General Infirmary.

A 19-year-old Golcar man was arrested a short time later in connection with the incident and is currently still in custody.
