Sports centre plans now on show in town

SKETCH plans of the new designs for the new sports centre were put on display in Huddersfield Sports Centre and at Huddersfield Library from midday today.

The plans will remain on show until Sunday, December 21, and will also be posted on Kirklees Council’s website which is at www.kirklees.gov.uk/hsc

The designs have been developed by Aedas, led by Project Architect Sue Eyre. The design team met local people to find out their views and ideas and these, along with the results of other consultation exercises, have been used to inform the design process for the new sports centre.
