Dyslexic student couldn't understand contract for photoshoot

A DYSLEXIC student who paid more than £100 for a set of professional pictures wants her cash back – because she claims she couldn’t understand the contract.

Sarah Palmer, of Deighton Road, Huddersfield, said she was rushed into ordering the snaps after a shoot at the Double Take agency in Manchester.

The 19-year-old picked two photographs but said she believed she would have a cooling off period after signing the contract to pay £106.

When she received the pictures she was unhappy with the quality and called the company to complain.

They refused to refund her money unless she could provide evidence of her condition.
