JILTED monster Christopher Hawkins raped his wife at knifepoint just weeks before killing their young son, it was claimed today.
He lured Valerie Gee into his house and repeatedly attacked her after she left him when their marriage broke down, she revealed in a candid interview.
Waiving her right to anonymity as a victim, Valerie has spoken for the first time about the ordeal following the publication of a serious case review into Ryan Hawkins’ death.
She said: “It was terrifying. I want everyone to know what he did.”
Miss Gee, 42, left Hawkins in June last year. A month later, on July 26, he contacted her to tell her he needed to sort some “stuff” out and asked her to go to his house at Hill Top Fold, in Slaithwaite.
By then she was seeing another man, Lee Tinker.
