“Where the carriageway is being resurfaced the white lining and road-studs will also be replaced.
“During the work there will be various lane and hard shoulder closures in place on both the east and westbound carriageways.
“In order that the works can be carried out safely, it will also be necessary to close the westbound exit slip road at Junction 24 for one night.
“Advance notice will be given prior to the closure and a fully signed diversion route will be in place.”
Most of the work will be done overnight in order to minimise the disruption to drivers.
