Police issue footage of assault suspects

POLICE want to speak to these men about a serious assault.

The CCTV images were taken outside a house on Woodlands Road, Batley, where the incident took place.

Two men tried to force their way into the house near Bagshaw Museum by kicking the front door.

The noise awoke the two residents, a 52-year-old man and a woman of 43.

When they unlocked the door the two suspects forced their way and assaulted them.

The man suffered cuts and bruises to the face. The woman had face, neck and back injuries.
