CREDITORS will meet next month to decide what action to take following the collapse of a Huddersfield company designing high-quality kitchens.
Neil Hemingway Design Ltd has closed its showrooms at Lidget Street, Lindley, after insolvency experts were called in to handle the company’s affairs.
A creditors’ meeting will be called next month at the Wakefield offices of insolvency firm Tenon Recovery.
The meeting on February 24 is expected to consider a statement of the company’s affairs and to appoint a liquidator and a liquidation committee.
The Lindley premises are now being advertised to let to potential tenants.
Neil Hemingway Design, which moved into the premises in 2005 after operating from a shop unit across the road for many years, offered stylish kitchens and bedrooms featuring appliances from leading manufacturers.
