The stepfather of two young brothers who died in a car crash in Leeds just over a week ago has also died. Philip Bell, 39, of Swillington, Leeds, was badly injured when the car he was driving was involved in a collision on the A642 on April 25. He died at James Cook Hospital, Middlesbrough, police said. Ryan Mabbott, 12, and his 16-year-old brother Daniel, died in the crash. Mr Bell's six-year-old daughter remains in hospital with serious injuries. Read
