BURGLARS broke into a house, stole car keys and loaded the vehicle with valuables – but were forced to escape empty-handed. The two men got into the property at Fell Grove in Sheepridge through an unsecured door at about 2.15am on Tuesday. They were in the process of lifting property from the house into the car when they were disturbed. They ran off without taking anything. One was black or mixed race, 17 or 18 years old and slim.
