Huddersfield teacher sacked over `racy’ story

A TEACHER brought up in Huddersfield has been sacked – after writing a racy online story involving underage drinking, hints of drug use and pupils fantasies.

English teacher Leonora Rustamova – known as Miss Rusty to her pupils – published her fictional work “Stop! Don't Read This” online, causing huge controversy at Calder High School in Mytholmroyd, West Yorkshire.

Before it was hurriedly removed, readers were able to explore its shocking expletives plus pupils practising “orgasmic moans” which sounded like the “soundtrack to teenage gay porn”.

Miss Rustamova, of Ainley Top, used actual names of pupils and teachers, including headmaster Stephen Ball in the work.

One pupil was described as fantasising and flirting with Miss Rusty, while she said she would do anything for a smile from another, writing: “It’s getting harder and harder to see them just as kids.”

But after a disciplinary hearing four months after her suspension, governors have decided to sack the teacher, while the fate of fellow English teacher Steve Cann – who was also suspended in the rumpus – has not been disclosed.
