But Valley MP vows to continue
KALI MOUNTFORD today insisted she can continue to serve as Colne Valley MP despite her serious illness.
But she revealed she has submitted a claim for an ill-health pension at Westminster, with a ruling due in weeks.
And she insists she will stay until the next General Election, when she will also receive a “parachute” payment for retiring MPs of between £30,000 and £60,000.
