Birkby robbery victim kicked in head
A ROBBERY victim was kicked in the head after trying to escape his attackers.
The 22-year-old man was tripped up and assaulted when he tried to run from three men on Miln Road in Birkby.
The robbers, all Asian, pounced as the man walked home from work at about 11.30pm on Tuesday.
They searched his pockets and took his house keys, cash and a Nokia 6300 mobile phone.
All three were wearing dark clothing and hooded tops. Two had baseball caps on.
