The following parties are contesting the election in Yorkshire: British National Party, Christian Party, Conservatives, English Democrats, Jury Team, Lib Dems, No2EU: Yes to Democracy, Libertas, Socialist Labour Party, the Greens, Labour and UKIP.

There were also elections for county councils across England yesterday. Most of the results will be announced today.
