Staff at Co-op Holmfirth raise £600 for Kirkwood Hospice

KIND-HEARTED travel agents have donated £600 to Kirkwood Hospice.

Staff at Co-op Travel in Holmfirth raised the money through mystery coach trips and an Easter raffle.

Assistant manager Louise Orrell said: “Kirkwood is a local charity which needs all of our support.

“The work they do is something we all wanted to help.”

Travel agents have previously donated toys to the children’s ward at HRI and are now supporting a national deaf charity.
