LBT Theatre worker Samuel Collier set for Weakest Link

A LOCAL theatre worker is to hit the small screen.

Samuel Collier will be appearing on The Weakest Link later this summer.

Samuel, 21, is a house manager at the Lawrence Batley Theatre in Huddersfield and at also works for theatres in Bradford.

The episode, expected to be broadcast in August, was filmed at Pinewood studios.

Samuel said: “It was definitely one of the best experiences of my life. Anne Robinson was very scary although we did see the lighter side of her”.

Samuel has made a name for himself in producing and directing shows at various venues.

He also works for the Bradford Stage and Theatre School and is a judge at UK Rock Challenge.

Students and performers say they are looking forward to seeing him under pressure as he is renowned for his strictness and tough-talking.
