Villagers enjoy sunshine at New Mill Gala
SUN shone on New Mill Gala’s big parade through the village.
Gala Queen Katie Armitage, 11, was joined by Isabelle Galloway, 10, Mackenzie Powell, 6, Megan Henderson, 5, and Bobby Henderson, 4, on the parade from New Mill Church.
Gala-goers also enjoyed refreshments, games and displays from Springers Dog Agility Club, Underbank Rangers Rugby League team, local majorettes and children’s entertainer Colonel Custard.
