He said: “Currently the Premier League football matches are shown within the UK under exclusive rights through Sky.
“The game shown in the pub on the occasion of January 10 was through an Albanian licence.
“Technically with a large satellite in the right position UK viewers can get Albanian football in the UK but not legally.”
Investigators have worked out that from September, when they began investigating the Longwood pub, until January 10 Robinson avoided paying £102.35 a month to Sky for football rights.
Magistrates were told Ms Robinson had been sent a letter advising her to attend court for sentencing but she failed to show.
They fined her £525, ordered her to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and court costs of £1,308.
The matter has now been referred to the Kirklees Council licensing authority.
