Golcar Liberal Club hosts Ascot charity event

HATS and best dresses were on display when Golcar Liberal Club hosted a charity event to mark Ladies’ Day at Ascot.

A total of 70 guests were at the club on June 18 for the race day event, which raised £500 for the Golcar Winkle Club.

The charity supports local groups and individuals in Golcar.

The Ascot event was the first organised by stewardess Anne Bolton and husband Tim. She said: “It was a good day and everyone wants us to do another.”
