Heckmondwike Grammar student Adarsh Bala gets seven As

A student was amazed when he got a fantastic SEVEN A grades in his A levels.
Brainy Adarsh Bala was delighted to receive his results at Heckmondwike
Grammar School, ater bagging As in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry,Biology, General Studies, and an A* for an Extended Project on stem cells.
He said: “I wanted to do all seven subjects because they would help me go to university”.
Clever Adarsh, whose favourite subject is Maths, was born in India, but moved to England as a child with his parents.
Headteacher Mark Tweedle wasn't at all surprised at Adarsh's success. “He's a very bright young man. He's hard working, conscientious and quite modest. I'm sure he'll have a great career”.
The 18-year-old is going to Kings College in Cambridge University to study Natural Sciences.
