A bail application for two men accused of attacking Brighouse father-of-two Sean Ellis has been adjourned until next Thursday. Mr Ellis was left fighting for his life after he was attacked near his home earlier this month and on Monday a judge was told that he was still in a critical condition. The 35-year-old suffered a fractured skull after being hit over the head in a disturbance at Smith House Avenue. On Tuesday, Scott Mitchell, 24, of Marion Street, Brighouse, and Aaron Eccleston, 24, of Tile Terrace, Brighouse, appeared at Bradford Crown Court via a video link. They were both remanded in custody. A bail application was yesterday adjourned until Thursday September 3. Read
