Netherton man on ‘indecent photographs of children’ charge

A MAN has appeared in court accused of making 20 indecent photographs of children.

Anthony Paul Davis, 42, is accused of making several images from each of five levels of indecency in School Street, Greetland.

Davis, of Spruce Drive Mews, Netherton, entered no plea to the charges, and another count of possessing indecent pictures.

Calderdale magistrates granted him conditional bail and he will appear at Bradford Crown Court on December 21.
