Rawthorpe children reflect on road safety

CHILDREN from Rawthorpe Primary School got to grips with road safety.
The pupils took part in a special assembly with Robert Ruffler from car dealership Polar Ford, based at St Andrews Road.
As part of the awareness-raising assembly, the children were handed reflective wristbands to wear at night.
Staff from the car dealership visited the school as part of a national campaign by Huddersfield-based road safety charity Brake, who provided them with materials and information to help educate children about staying safe on the roads.
