Huddersfield singers sing up and sign up for Sudders

AN annual sing has raised an impressive total for charity.

Singers at the 138-year-old Longwood Sing – the oldest remaining sing event in the country – raised more than £660 for the Sign Up For Sudders campaign.

The charity was launched by former Examiner journalist Adrian Sudbury who died in 2008 following a two-year battle with Leukaemia.

The money will now help his campaign to raise awareness about blood, bone marrow and organ donation.
